The Pillar is a browser game and advertising marketplace. A window is a licensed ad pane on a 3D tower, not real property and not a security.

By using The Pillar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This page is a plain-language summary for players and advertisers. It is not legal advice, and a window on The Pillar is not real estate and not an investment.

## Accounts

You sign in with your X (Twitter) account. Your handle and public profile become your identity on the tower. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a contract in your jurisdiction to hold a window.

## Lighting a window

Lighting a window grants you a licence to display your brand on that pane for the stated period. It is an advertising licence, not ownership of anything, and not a security. See the Advertising License page.

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for the stated period. A monthly licence renews at that price until you cancel. We may change prices, but a change applies only to future renewals and only after we tell you in advance. During preview, some windows may be free.

## Billing

A paid window is a monthly advertising licence charged through Stripe. It renews each month at the price shown until you cancel by releasing the window or emailing us.

## Acceptable use

You may not impersonate others, upload illegal marks or content, or abuse the chat. See the Acceptable Use page. We may remove a mark or dim a window that breaks these rules.

The Pillar is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
